Learning a musical instrument is one of the best things you can do to improve both cognitive thinking and creativity skills.  Playing piano is one of the few activities that work both the left and right sides of the brain simultaneously!  In fact, studies have shown the children who engage in this activity consistently achieve higher test scores regardless of their backgrounds.  Not only that, playing piano is just plain fun!

 

I teach piano lessons in Orlando, Florida at my in home studio.  I am located just outside Williamsburg, near Hunters Creek in the Whisper Lakes subdivision of South Orlando.  Piano lessons will include basic to advance skills, music theory (which is the foundation to all music), technique, and ear training.

But most importantly, it will be fun!  I am not “all work and no play”.  The student may, at any time, bring in their own personal music in addition to the structured curriculum.
